Algorithmic Tester

My client within investment banking, based in London, is looking for an experienced technical algorithmic Tester with a deep knowledge of a Algo trading for a long term contract opportunity.

This role will be leading the testing function for an in-house algo trading platform to allow the developers to continue building. The system is built in C++ and the long term goal is move towards automation testing. You will be responsible for the continual QA/testing of the trading platform and releases. The lessons learnt from issues caught and resolved should feed back into the requirements; design and analysis process to design out or reduce issues going forwards.

Client is looking for the following:

Significant banking QA experience.

Equities business knowledge.

Deep understanding of algo trading.

C++ desirable.

FIX desirable.

Automation testing desirable.
