The Company

A long-established London based provider of communication solutions, who have been in business for 25 years are changing system from SAP to NetSuite.

The Role

The Business Analyst, must be able to train, direct and lead the transition efforts of the business processes into NetSuite. The candidate should have a solid background in NetSuite ERP system and will need to exploit their familiarity with financial concepts and planning tools, paired with their IT background, to translate business needs into system requirements. These duties include:

-Managing NetSuite ERP system as applied to business & finance functions

-Manage, support and assist with enhancements

-Responsible for security and access control to NetSuite

-Implement and lead a change management process that pro-actively identifies changes and incorporates an appropriate impact analysis and approval for such changes across the NetSuite system.

-Lead development & support activities including deploying new functionality and integration with other enterprise business systems like the In-house developed CRM/Order management tools

-Oversee system testing of NetSuite upgrades

-Monitor and report on NetSuite system support tickets and issues

Experience required

Experience with decision support, financial reporting and dashboards

Previous experience integrating NetSuite with other enterprise business

Experience with SuiteScript and workflows

Project management skillset
