Global Program Manager - Asset Management

A Global Asset Manager Software company is seeking an experienced Global Program Manager who would be responsible for a number of diverse projects. This is a new role which has been created due to a rise in software sales leading to an increase in the number of ongoing and future implementations.

Global Programme Manager required to joining a growing financial software company, whose key focus is around the sale, implementation & support of asset management software. You will be managing the Project Managers and Business Consultants, and work closely with the Global Product Delivery.

Key purpose:

The key purpose of this Global Programme Manager Role is to drive strategic projects to time, budget and within agreed objectives, deliveries and parameters.

Personal Profile:

* Project Manager with strong knowledge surrounding Asset Management software (must have worked for an investment management software company)

* Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

* Drafting required project documentation, including; project initiation documents, project control logs, risk registers, status reports and project plans.

* Manage project resource scheduling, allocation and identification.

* Keep projects on track to ensure they are delivered to time, budget and to the agreed scope.

* Management of key project stakeholders and liaising with third parties.

Required experience:

* Bachelor's degree in software development, technology, project management, business management or related field is preferred

* Prince 2 or PMP

* 5 years plus Project Management experience

* Experience working in a Asset Management software company

* Demonstrated relationship management skills complied with a high level professionalism

* Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

* Possesses drive, demonstrable initiative, influencing skills and a strong work ethic.
