Proteus Europe is searching for a Scrum Master for a 12 month contract in The Netherlands

Our Client :-

Your New role :-

The client is looking for a Scrum Master for a contract in the Hague for 12 months.

They are looking for an English speaker with at least 2 years Scum Master experience.

The role of the Scrum Master is to:

o Guide and coach the team and organization to follow Agile/Scrum practices

o Keep the team focused and continuously delivering

o Guide and coach the team to be self-organized

o Improve transparency within the team, across functional and geographical boundaries.

o Guide the team to find the right person within the organization that can help them.

o Build a safe and trusting environment where conflicts can be managed in a healthy way without fear of blame.

o Run daily, weekly and monthly agile rituals efficiently and strictly.

o Create alignment with other adjacent initiatives and projects to avoid overlap or conflict

o Ensure regular communication with key stakeholders at various levels of the organisation

o Tracks work progress to identify blockages and developer divergence from allocated tasks
