A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Process Analyst to join a leading Motor Finance company in Doncaster.
About the Company
This Business Process Analyst will join a friendly office of 150 people, which is part of a wider UK bank. This bank is currently going through an exciting period of growth, and have recently £25million into new technology.
About the Job
As a Business Process Analyst, the main focus of your role will be to identify opportunities for business process improvement, through change, simplification, process re-engineering, or automation. You will work with stakeholders across the bank and have frequent interaction with senior management and technical teams. As a Business Process Analyst, you will utilise Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and you will work closely with the business to raise awareness and gain buy in for change.
About You
Ideally you will have experience working in a Lean/Six Sigma environment, driving business process change and promoting automation wherever possible. You should be confident working with stakeholders across the business to raise awareness and gain buy in for business change. You will ideally have an interest in technology, particularly automation/robotics, an area that they business is keen to build out.
