Senior Manager Consultant - Investment Banking

A Senior Manager Consultant is needed within a top Consultancy specialising in the Investment Banking space. This client is offering a competitive base salary with a good benefits package and strong bonus potential.

As a Senior Manager Consultant, you will be responsible for owning an array of programmes around business change and transformation across a varied client base from start-ups to the biggest names in the market. As a leading figure, you will also be expected to mentor less experienced consultants.

Senior Manager Consultant - Investment Banking requirements:

* Experience in Financial Services consultancy at manager level, within Capital Markets or Investment Banking.

* Experience in owning programs around business change and transformation e.g. Target Operating Model Design, Business Process Improvement, Benchmarking, Vendor Selection, Outsourcing and Off-shoring.

* Good understanding and knowledge of the Investment Banking space, from front to back office.

* Experience in Relationship/Account management and Business Development

* Experience with and an in-depth understanding of regulation change implementation - with a specific bias toward MiFID ii.

* If no direct experience in the Investment Management space, then a great desire to move into this area.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Excellent stakeholder management skills.

* Educated to degree level.
