LIFE SCIENCE - CONSULTING ANALYST - LONDON -- £35K-£60K + bonus/benefits
A global life science consulting firm are searching for a talented and analytical consultant to join a growing team within their consulting business. You will be providing value-add services as a key part of their client relationships. You will be supporting suppliers in the use of their unique services including the production of high standard client requirements.
Purpose:
* You will undertake analysis to draw insights across multiple projects, utilising a wide variety of data sources and analytical techniques
* To work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure appropriate approaches are used to address project objectives are delivered
* Deploy knowledge & expertise in the integration of data & market research and application of analytical techniques to consulting projects
* Develop a deep knowledge of the supply chain
* Support generation of deliverables across a variety of areas
* Develop a full understanding of all relevant data and an understanding of how these can be leveraged to further add value to the client relationship
* Work on presentation creation and similar briefing/delivering techniques with the team to ensure appropriate delivery
Person:
* Degree in Life Sciences, Mathematics or Economics (or similar)
* Experience in Project Management / Consulting
* Interest in Healthcare / pharmaceutical industry
* Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyse data and information from a series of complex data sources and research programmes
* Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail
* Able to support the execution of complex projects within a team environment
* Good team player with strong interpersonal & influencing skills
* Ability to work on own initiative without supervision and to work under pressure
