I have been approached by one of my clients to fill the role of Head of Environmental Planning. This particular client is an Established entity working within the Real Estate industry and they are looking for a highly skilled candidate to fill this position and fit into their continuously growing business. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder within planning and be able to not only manage a team effectively but also have an exceptional track record of building the team. Due to the outstanding level of this organisations reputation, they conduct their work within a very highly pressured environment however concurrently very rewarding.

The applicant for Head of Environmental Planning will essentially have the following experience/Skills:

* Proven Track record of Building a team

* High quality experience in a client facing position

* 5 years of experience or performing at an Associate level

* Exceptional management skills

* Ability to communicate to those in C level management

* Ability to adapt to new environments

* Be driven to continuously learn within the sector

* Experience with high end e-commerce programs

The applicant for Head of Environmental Planning will desirably have the following experience/Skills:

* Experience within a market facing position

* Additional professional certifications

* Specific experience in the Real Estate industry
