Technical Support Analyst - Higher Education - London - 3 months
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to join a higher education organisation and provides support to ICT users, both staff and students.
The role comprises both an ICT Service Desk Analyst role and field-based ICT Technical Support role.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Knowledge of ITIL V2/V3 basics, ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate preferred.
Experience of desktop management tools (scripting, AD, LANDesk) preferred.
Experience of supporting iPads and iPhones preferred.
Good planning, organisation and customer service experience and skills
Good ICT knowledge and skills across a wide range of hardware, operating systems and core applications including MS-Windows 7/8 Desktop Operating Systems,, MS Office 2010, Active Directory, Internet and Intranets, Web servers.
