Motor Claims Handler

Milton Keynes

20000 - 26000 per annum + bonus

Client is a motor insurance business that is looking to hire Experienced Motor Claims Handlers. Based at their Milton Keynes Head Office, you will be responsible for a caseload of motor damage claims through to conclusion. You will also ensure you deliver an excellent level of customer experience whilst following strict FCA regulatory guidelines including TCF.

Role Responsibilities:

* Investigating and settling motor damage claims, within your agreed settlement limit

* Liaising with police forces, legal experts and third parties to ensure a satisfactory conclusion of all claims files

* Provide an excellent level of customer experience at all times

Skills / Knowledge Required:

* 2+ years motor claims experience, with a strong understanding of vehicle damage

* Strong motor insurance policy and product knowledge

* Commercial awareness of the motor insurance industry

* Ability to work in a target driven environment

* Strong customer service ability

* CII or relevant insurance qualification preferred
