M & E Site Manager/Supervisor - Waste Water - Southern Water - 12 months

A leading Water company in Southern Water are looking for a Mechanical and Electrical Site Manager to join their team. If you can demonstrate Waste Water experience, then you could be the M & E Site Manager that we've been looking for. What will you be doing? As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for managing on-site works associated with the entire process; Design, Construction, Commissioning and Operations. You'll display solid leadership skills when efficiently managing the workforce's health, safety and welfare.

You'll work to achieve key programme dates within a set budget.

You will also be required to be able to build good strong relationships through frequent communication with all parties involved on the project and display effective reporting and documenting in which you will hold weekly and monthly progress meetings with the end client and sub-contractors. What skills/experience should you have? * Track record of managing civil construction sites * SMSTS, CSCS or equivalent * CDM site management experience

* Health and Safety qualification (C.O.S.H.H or equivalent)

Relevant experience within the Water Industry specifically with examples of recent successful or ongoing Waste Water projects.

Desirable:

Lives locally but not essential

Water Hygiene card

HND/HNC/Degree in Relevant Subject
