Business Change Lead

Warminster

12 months+ contract

Daily rate negotiable

The Business Change Lead will manage change to enable our transformation programme to deliver clear benefits to the business. The Business Change Lead will work with Business Leads, Leadership Team and the wider programme to develop our vision for change, and will help to articulate this vision to build positive, collaborative ways of working within our programme team and the business.

Developing, implementing, and executing processes to provide administrative, communications and project management for the Business Change components of the Programme.

Ensuring that, together with the Business Leads and Consultants, impacts and the resulting interventions are designed and tracked and delivered within the defined time, quality, and cost agreed.

Proactively building relationships with the extended programme, ensuring the members of the extended Change Team (made up of the Change Network and Neptune consultants) are working together effectively.

Providing direct support for the planning and management of business change communications, workshops and meetings.

Thinking creatively about how best to engage our stakeholders at all levels.

Main Tasks:

* Develop a Business Readiness Strategy applicable for the business

* Ensure Change Impacts are tracked and are categorised and prioritised

* Develop Change Actions plans with the business

* Design, identify and mobilize the Change Network

* Define the Change Readiness Assessment approach and manage the Change Readiness Assessment activities

* Produce a roles catalogue with the support of the security team and functional consultants

* Develop a Comms Strategy and Comms Plan in conjunction with project Comms Lead and Head of Communications

* Mange the awareness, understanding, readiness and go-live campaign

* Ensure that dependencies across Business Change Plans are understood and visible

* Working with Change Network and project team members to define accountability or a RACI for managing change and monitoring progress against plans

* Support the planning and coordination of workshops and large meetings in conjunction with other work streams

* Organise, curate and update communications and business change materials for ease of access and distribution across the programme, facilitating the team's collaboration

* Record and track resolution of the Business Change Risks and Issues
