Fantastic opportunity to join a recognised organisation seeking an IT Support Analyst. Working as part of a busy Service Desk you will be providing Software & Hardware support across - Desktop, Laptop, & Tablets. Now is an exciting time to join them as they are experiencing growth.

This job will suit an IT Support Analyst with commercial 1st & some 2nd line support exp. You will have an active interest in technology, exceptional communication skills, a proactive attitude & you'll be happy to roll your sleeves up and get involved. This is a small team so it is essential that you are flexible, adaptable & a true collaborator.

I am looking for an IT Support Analyst, who has strong problem solving & investigative skills. You will be confident speaking to people at all levels across organisations, internally & externally. I am looking for someone who has a strong blend of the following;

* Microsoft Windows 7, 8 & ideally 10

* Microsoft product suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

* Microsoft Active Directory, DCHP, DNS, IP

* Network switching & servers

* Microsoft Exchange

* Hardware/Software/Desktop/Mobile/Tablet troubleshooting

* Exposure to Mac desirable

* It is essential that you can demonstrate; a genuine interest in technology, excellent communication skills & calmness under pressure.
