Excellent opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Manager looking to join a rapidly expanding company, where you will have full autonomy to put your stamp on the role and drive the growth of the business.

Do you have a background working with leading construction companies? Are you an ambitious individual looking be the commercial spearhead within a growing business?

Established for over 20 years, this construction company work with a variety of blue chip clients across the South Coast. They have been rapidly growing and diversifying but have further exciting expansion plans in place. To help drive the business towards its goals, they are looking for a Commercial Manager to become a key player in the company.

In this role you will work directly with the Managing Director and be responsible for heading up all commercial aspects of the business. You will manage and support a team of contract managers, identify new projects and customers, whilst also being hands on in tendering, budgeting and maximising profitability.

This is an ideal role for an ambitious Commercial Manager looking to become a key player in a company with an exciting future. Where you will head up all commercial aspects of the business and drive the company towards its goals.

The Role:

* Managing and supporting a team of contracts managers

* Identifying and making contact with potential new customers

* Preparing tenders and budget reports

* Driving profitability

* £50'000 - £70'000 + Excellent Benefits

The Person:

* Experience working with leading construction companies

* Experience working with different forms of contract (JCT, NEC etc.)

* An ambitious individual

* Looking to put their stamp on a role, driving a business towards its exciting goals
