FTSE 100 Global Organisation - £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A rapidly expanding FTSE 100 organisation is looking to take on a change manager to lead the implementation and benefit delivery of CI projects across the Marine Sector. This includes the direct management of these projects and the development of CI capability within the Marine Sectors Procurement and Supply Chain staff.

The main responsibilities of this role are as follows -

* Plan and develop a rolling portfolio of improvement projects that will deliver benefits to the business including a staff CI capability uplift plan.

* Identify and report on the Key Performance Indicators and progress against the plan for the CI projects.

* Ensure that the appropriate communications are in place to update the project teams, business units and wider audiences on progress against the project plans.

* Apply the CI Operating Model and process across the CI projects

* To ensure that benefits are delivered in line with the CI projects timing plan whilst ensuring there is a pipeline of projects available for future implementation.

* To coach project team members, and other Business Unit staff where appropriate, to use the CI operating model and associated people and process tools.

* Assist in the development of the CI operating system using Learning from Experience to feedback improvements.

* Take ownership of projects that involve all aspects of project management, using the CI Operating Model, from conception to successful delivery.

* To engage with stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure that projects are delivered to plan in terms of time and benefit.

The successful candidate will display the following skills and experience -

* Educated to degree level in a numerically biased or business orientated subject, or equivalent.

* Qualifications in, and application of, Six Sigma or Lean

Your experience and skills will include:

* Previous experience of working within a continuous improvement environment

* Good commercial business practice

* Successful Continuous Improvement programme management and value delivery.

* Planning, control, design and use of performance measures

* Excellent communication, facilitation, data analysis and presentation skills

* Training and developing others

* Understanding Customer values and requirements

* Analytical thinking and problem solving

* Innovative action

* Providing mentoring guidance and support
