Microsoft Technology Delivery/Programme Manager

A Microsoft Technology leader, Gold Partner and frequent Partner of the Year are seeking a highly experienced and capable Programme/Delivery Manager to join their organisation as they continue to grow and command the marketplace.

You will manage and take an active part in the delivery of diagnostic engagements, ensuring future projects and programmes are setup for success, as well as the delivery of assigned projects and programmes, providing leadership and applying best practice principles to the project management process.

You will also be accountable Capacity planning, resource allocation, staff recruitment/appraisal and Management reporting. A proven capability in these duties will be key.

The ideal candidate will come from a consultancy background with MS Technologies, with demonstrable experience in delivering projects in technologies such as MS Dynamics, MS SQL Server/BI, MS Azure, Skype for Business or SharePoint, with a focus on BI and ERP. Key skills/experience include:

- Proven track record in enterprise-wide programme delivery in MS Technologies

- Capability in delivering increase on sales/margins

- Driving high levels of customer satisfaction/retention

- Experience in working in a cloud-first environment and driving cloud adoption

- Minimising project risk

This is a permanent role, which would be home-based with extensive travel to client sites around the UK/Ireland and offices around the UK. It offers a starting salary of around £90,000 plus OTE and benefits, in addition to a car allowance and all expenses paid.
