A thriving team in Birmingham are looking for a Health & Safety Assurance Manager to join them on a 3 month basis. If you can display experience of managing Health & Safety within a large capacity, then you could be the H&S Assurance Manager that we've been seeking.

What will you be doing?

As a Health & Safety Assurance Manager, you'll be responsible for the delivery of a robust Health & Safety strategy. You will pro-actively lead the H&S team in order to ensure the effective implementation of the company's business objectives. You'll display excellent communication skills when liaising cross-functionally with decision makers across a range of departments, promoting a positive health and safety culture and coaching strategic leaders. Furthermore, you'll provide first class advice to the executive team and board members on all matters regarding Health and Safety.

What skills/experience should you have?

* Track record of managing Health and Safety in a large capacity (ideally within a group or multi-site organisation)

* Proven ability to successfully lead a team

Although not an essential requirement for the role, if you can display a degree of Public Sector experience, this may enhance your application.
