Excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to work with an established company with the chance for further progression in the long term.

On offer is the chance to oversee and manage a number of wide-ranging projects worth up to £3 million.

This client has established themselves in the commercial refurbishment industry in a variety of sectors such as healthcare, office and education. In this role you will ensure that all projects are carried out to a quality standard. The successful candidate will ensure that all developments have sufficient resources to complete the job but also to ensure there is no surplus to requirement.
