SQL Developer:

A fantastic SQL Developer opportunity has been made available with an international investment bank. This is a permanent position based in the City of London. In this role you will support a very tech savvy front office business team within the bank who are responsible for helping to drive returns and manage financial resources as well as structure and finance across the their international brand. This role will focus around the design, development and support of the existing MS SQL database and associated feeds and interfaces which provide a holistic and informed view of capital, returns, profitability and underlying drivers.

The Role

The successful SQL Developer will be working in a collaborative team, and very positive environment. The main function for the SQL Developer is to contribute to the improvement of the existing SQL Server databases and DWH. As a SQL Developer you will be involved in coordination and planning for infrastructure requirements, you will coordinate the releases and related admin tasks. As the successful candidate you will be hands on in development and maintenance of existing SQL databases and data feeds and the development of of new features. In this role you will be the first line of support for business user quires and second line support for technical issues.
