IT Support Analyst - Asset Management

Position Overview:

The IT Support Analyst required to join a Global Asset Management Firm in the West End. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing support to this growing Asset Management businesses in London, the Middle East and Ireland. The IT Support Analyst will act as a Disaster Recovery Coordinator and a key contact for Market Data users and service providers. As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide IT and AV support to high profile clients and meetings, as well as end user support for all employees.

The company are an asset management and financial advisory firm, with a significantly growing client base and have roughly 100 employees in London. They have a great working environment and are looking for someone with a proactive attitude, initiative and self-motivation who wants to progress in their career and seek training opportunities.

Responsibilities:

* Local Administrator for Bloomberg

* Security Administrator on Third Party web applications

* Disaster Recovery Coordinator

* Key contact for Market Data users and service providers

* Provide support to trading systems, end user support for all employees, and TV and AV support to high profile clients.

* Maintenance of records, deployment and administration of hardware, software and mobile technologies.

* Project work

Required Skills for IT Support Analyst:

* 5 years' IT experience, preferably within asset management.

* Understanding of data protection and information security requirements

* Familiarity with office 2010/2016, Outlook 365, Apple iOS, Trading Compliance Applications, and Market Data Experience.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Desirable Skills for IT Support Analyst:

* Familiarity with Active Dictionary, Windows 7/10, Network technologies (Cisco), Cisco Call Manager

* Understanding of rational database concepts- Sybase, Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server

* Basic networking skills
