You may be a seasoned Learning and Development Officer/Consultant already, or may want to progress in to your first L+D role.

You would be responsible for assisting with the training, development and coaching of Collections staff within the company, to ensure the creation of Training plans are aligned with the strategic aims of the business.

All training must be delivered in a professional manner, ensuring it has the customer at heart at all times. You must be someone who can demonstrate these behaviors through your work and strategy.

You will also be responsible for liaising with the compliance and legal team in order to ensure the training requirements are met throughout the business, and to utilise and develop e-learning.

You will also work in conjunction with external training providers, in order to coach and develop in house staff.

Responsibilities will include;

?Work in conjunction with Collections Managers to plan and create a training plan.

?Conduct regular TNA's in order to determine the most relevant and effective training

for the department.

?Once training needs are identified, design, deliver and evaluate training and

coaching solutions to meet the business needs.

?Design, develop and deliver high quality training material which is consistent and

relevant to our organisational strategic aims.

?Design, deliver and evaluate the Collections Induction and Onboarding process of all

new employees within the Collections department.

To be suitable for this role, you will need;

?A CIPD or equivalent training qualification

?Ideally 2 years in a L&D Consultant / Trainer position

?Experience in designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes

?Experience in designing and delivering Leadership and Management programmes

?Experience in conducting training needs analysis

?Experience in coaching staff and managers to improve overall performance and

development

?Motivated and Enthusiastic

?Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office

?Good Project Management skills
