Role Purpose

SRP Smart Cash Management - Workstream lead across multiple CIO teams to deliver complex cash management solution.

Key Accountabilities

Project Management -

* Manage full end to end delivery plan across multiple CIO teams and external suppliers

* Manage RAID log

* Communicate to Senior Stakeholders across multiple businesses and functional areas

* Lead a team of business analysts

* Liaise with senior stakeholders to agree delivery plans and manage dependencies across multiple SRO programmes

* Business Delivery

* Manage any deliverables into the impacted business areas relating to changes of process impacting their businessFunctional Specification, written skills -

*

* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels;

* Effective modelling of data & process flow & specification of data interface - this includes production of detailed process flow maps.

* Technical Analysis -

* Provide a technical analysis of solutions and document solutions in technical functional/solution specification document;

* Query data in other data sources on different technology platforms as and when required to analyse new requirements or provide support.

Essential

* Experience of working within an Agile project environment

* Strong Project Management Skills

* Strong Leadership skills

* Experience in financial services, investment/wealth management experience

* Broad knowledge of Wealth Management products and services

* A background in working on change projects affecting Technology and Operations in large financial institutions

* Strong Solution Design skills/experience

* Experience within regulatory projects

* Stakeholder management

Preferred

* Knowledge of multiple businesses, financial products, operational processes and technology platforms

* Some experience of books and records and/or trade flows would be preferable however other parts of the customer journey are also relevant

Experience & Knowledge

* Requirements gathering experience

* Experience of technical analysis in a financial services/wealth business

* Experience writing Functional Specifications and User Stories

* Experience of writing SIT tests and performing SIT testing

* Experience supporting UAT testing

* Experience data analysis and problem solving

* Experience in 3rd party/vendor engagement

Interpersonal Skills

* Strong communication skills - An excellent command of English language with strong written and verbal/presentation communications

* Strong problem solving and analytical skills

* Works autonomously and can effectively manage and drive own workload with minimum management oversight
