My client is a renowned European brand looking for a highly competent global system administrator who will be responsible for managing their entire IT infrastructure environment and a wide range of IT operations for the whole organization which currently consists of approx. 200 employees and 35 branches worldwide. You will pioneer in solving tasks that both relate to support and optimization of current solutions. Furthermore, the dynamic company culture is heart-warming and respect for fellow human beings where employee satisfaction are prioritized.

My client is committed to being in the front when it comes to utilize IT as a business tool, and they have therefore derived many projects in the mould as you do naturally also comes to be a part of. Essentially, you will be their technical expert and therefore have the responsibility for all our workstations to run as they should.

In addition, your duties will be as follows:

* Development of IT infrastructure and optimization of this

* Optimization of workflows

* Stand for servers on-site and in Azure

* Supporters colleagues and shops

* Troubleshoot PCs, printers, networks, etc.

* User creation and setup of computers, phones, etc.

* Ad hoc support and operational tasks

Parts of the above tasks will take place completely or in collaboration with selected partners.

We expect you to have the following professional qualifications:

* Experience from a similar position that enables you to be relatively self-driving from start

* Super user in Microsoft products (Windows, Office365, Remote Desktops / Apps, AD, Server and Azure)

* Understanding of cash registers. We handle the support to our shops, though through an external partner, but understanding this is still important

* Able to manage and control system and server support in cooperation with our collaborators

* Open and brave so that new initiatives are launched

* Helpful, patient and understand that it is not all, there is your level of IT-related tasks

* The structure and can keep your head cold in stressful situations, and in that connection are able to prioritize the tasks after importance

* Responsible and see it as your most important task to ensure that our IT works as easily and flawlessly as possible

* Conceded that it is the user who is at the center and that you are the IT department's external face, why you provide good service with a smile, said from the mantra about 'help with self-help' That way we ensure optimization and progress.

* Glad to take daily responsibility for both operation of Hardware and software
