Are you an applications / development engineer with diesel engines knowledge looking to manage a range of high profile blue chip OEMs for an innovative market leading engine manufacturer?

Are you looking for a highly autonomous, varied and challenging position, joining one of the worlds most respected engineering companies?

This blue chip company are a global market leader in the diesel engine industry. They employ over 4000 people across all major continents and are constantly driving innovations in the field of diesel engine technology.

This role will see you managing prestigious OEM key accounts in Northern / Republic of Ireland, with office based work either at home or at their UK head office in Staffordshire. You will work as a conduit between the sales/ and manufacturing functions, offering installation advice, technical support and your expertise.

There is ongoing training available at their state of the art factory in Germany.

The ideal applicant will be an applications engineer / development engineer from an automotive / diesel engine background looking for a challenging, rewarding, diverse and autonomous role with a global industry leader.

The Role

*Factory training in Germany

*High level of autonomy

*Lots of travel working with OEMs in Northern / Republic Of Ireland

*Potential to be predominantly Home Based

*Installations advice and customer support with leading OEMs

*£35,000 - £40,000 + Training + 10% Bonus + Car + Laptop + Private Medical + Phone + Pension + Benefits

The Person

*Commercially astute, good diesel engine knowledge

*Knowledge of emissions

*Educated to HNC/HND standard

*Full driving license and Passport holder
