Microsoft Dynamics CRM Support Analyst - London - 6 Month Initial Contract - £150 - £200 per day

My Wealth Management client is looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Support analyst to provide support on a Dynamics 365 project. The successful candidate will be providing support and maintenance to all the systems and infrastructure for the company.

Skills/Requirements:

* Writing SQL queries

* Second and third Line Support experience

* Experience with MS Dynamics CRM (preferably 2016 online or Dynamics 365)

* SSRS/SSIS

* Experience in Finance or Insurance is preferential

* Supporting applications using Java, .NET, ASP and SilverLight

* Web services and API interaction

* Microsoft Business Intelligence Suite

You will be confident with problem analysis on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Ability to record and solve application support issues from internal business customers, prioritising requests and implementing solutions within a timeframe.

The contract is on a 6 Month basis with a possibility of extension thereafter.
