Commercial Manager - Highways

£70,000-£85,000

Commercial Manager required for a reputable construction contractor who are working on a SMART Motorway Scheme.

Skills Required:

-Experience working for a main contractor

-Must have experience working on highways/road projects

-Ability to lead a team

What you'll be doing:

-Creating commercial strategies

-Managing all commercial aspects for the project

-Managing of the commercial team, preparing team targets and monitoring performance

-Carrying out client visits and building relationships with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

-Experience of working in a managing quantity surveyor or commercial management role for a main contractor essential

-Degree/HNC/HND within civil engineering preferred

-Ideally a member or working towards membership of a Professional Institute
