Business Analyst
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic and friendly team based in Hemel Hempstead during an exciting time of our Leisure organisation's development. As the successful Business Analyst you will meaningfully contribute and collaborate within an evolving team of analysts. We are looking for a Business Analyst who will embrace and will promote our values of guest focus, collaboration, openness and continual improvement and lead the engagement on multiple projects on the technology strategy programme.
The Business Analyst will engage in multiple transformational IT Strategy Projects at various stages of the lifecycle as well as contribute, collaborate and promote a newly formed team of business analysts. The Business Analyst will work with stakeholders from the earliest stages to help define and articulate potential initiatives to be evaluated and will help to clearly articulate forecasted benefits including links to company goals, KPI, TCO, etc.
As the successful Business Analyst you will be creating clear, unambiguous, testable and measurable requirements or stories with acceptance criteria from multiple sources. You will also plan, facilitate and review a variety of different workshops as required and create clear documentation.
Key skills needed for the Business Analyst
* Demonstrable Business Analyst experience within a mixture of initiatives across a large organisation
* Agile and/or Kanban experience
* Ability to communicate information and concepts in appropriate format to senior stakeholders, technical teams and teams on site
* A self-starter, personally motivated and able to work on own initiative
