C++ Developer / Technical Lead / Technical Lead / Team Lead (C C++ UNIX). Global financial software house is seeking a highly skilled senior C++ Developer / Technical Lead to lead a team of 4-8 highly talented C++ developers working on distributed, scalable and multi-threaded financial trading systems.

As a C++ Developer / Technical Lead you'll remain hands-on with architecture and design, providing strategic direction and coding as required. You'll also be responsible for driving the teams' activities and providing leadership; you'll motivate and carry out performance reviews, develop people and encourage diversity; facilitating communication through networking and relationship building.

Requirements:

*Strong knowledge of C / C++

*Experience as a technical / team lead

*Broad technical knowledge with a thorough understanding of Computing Fundamentals such as Data Structures, OOP, Design Patterns, multi-threading, software architecture

*Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, familiar with stakeholder management with the ability to influence others

*Likely to be degree educated
