Role: Regional Process Manager - Purchase-to-Pay (P2P)

Location: Frankfurt am Main

Salary: (Flexible, dependant on skills and experience respectively)

The Role:

Our leading client requires a Project Manager to drive the Purchase-to-Pay Process and Transformation Management with a strong focus on Accounts Payables (AP).

The successful candidate will be accountable to drive process standardization and implementation of transformation projects for the Accounts Payable process within Europe.

Key responsibilities:

*End-to-end knowledge and experience of the accounts payable process on a regional level (Europe) responsible for consistency with the global core model

*Support the implementation of P2P standard processes defined in the area of Accounts Payables

*Collaborate with Regional Process Managers (France, Asia, US etc.) and other functions (eg. Vendor Master Data Management, Purchasing Operations, Travel & Expenses)

*Manage the global and regional AP-related transformation projects & continuous improvement initiatives and applying Lean principles

Key Skills:

*Proven experience in finance, controlling, or accounts payable environment

*Purchase-to-Pay Process Management Vendor Master Data Management, Purchasing Operations, Accounts Payables, Travel & Expenses.

*Track record of having effectively managed large projects in the AP, finance, or controlling environment with a multitude of different work streams across multiple countries

*Track record in driving and managing process with an International background, exposed to multicultural environments

*Current with P2P technology and software (Coupa, Ariba, SAP, openText, Basware, APEX, Tungsten, taulia, Concur)

*Fluent in English and French/German

*Six Sigma Green belt certification (or higher)

*Relevant certification in project management
