Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Package: £45,000 - £55,000 DoE + Car/Allowance

Location: Crewe

An excellent new opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor has come around. Joining an established Main Contractor on an exciting new £16million scheme in Crewe, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor has a real opportunity to further their career and develop with a leading company.

This company are committed to training and developing their staff and will afford the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor every opportunity for career advancement.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will:

* Be degree qualified (Quantity Surveying) or equivalent.

* Have a minimum of 7 years' post graduate experience within Main Construction in the UK.

* Experience with JCT contracts.

* High attention to detail.

* Enjoy fast paced work.

* Be eager to step up and advance their career.

* Advanced IT skills.

Remuneration:

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor has the opportunity to earn:

* Salary between £45,000 - £55,000

* Very generous car allowance/company car

* Health care

* Pension Contribution.
