Assignment Details

· Ensure continued Tripwire application / platform service operations across regions and make sure that IT services are delivered effectively, efficiently and on-time (SLA). The Service Operation lifecycle stage includes the fulfilling of user requests, resolving service failures, fixing problems, providing subject matter expect in the key areas (e.g. platforms, applications, IT Security), and as well as carrying out routine daily operational tasks to maintain in compliant services.

Objectives

· Create new Service operations to support day to day functional technical activities and business support engagement:

Deliverables

· Event Management: To make sure CIs and services are constantly monitored, and to filter and categorize Events in order to decide on appropriate actions.

· Incident Management: To manage the lifecycle of all Incidents. The primary objective of Incident Management is to return the IT service to users as quickly as possible.

· Request Fulfilment: To fulfill Service Requests, which are standard changes (e.g. requests change management) or requests for information.

· Access Management: To grant authorized users the right to use a service, while preventing access to non-authorized users. The Access Management processes essentially execute policies defined in Information Security Management (application services).

· Problem Management: To manage the lifecycle of all problems. Proactive Problem Management analyzes incident records, and uses data collected by other IT Service Management processes to identify trends or significant Problems.

· IT Operations Control: To monitor and control the IT services and their underlying infrastructure. A day-to-day routine tasks related to the operation of infrastructure components and applications (in compliant with the Bank's IT Management & security policies).

· Application Management: Managing applications throughout their lifecycle (e.g. roadmap compliant, security patches,)

· Technical Management: Provides technical expertise and support for the management of the IT infrastructure (Vendor application)

Desired Outcomes

· Team with problem solving and implementation experience in Tripwire with Windows and UNIX SA experience

· Tripwire Windows rule development, Console Administration, Console Account Management, Agent Support.

· Team members should have prior Tripwire Agent Rollout, Agent Troubleshooting experience

· Tripwire SME TEC, MS SQL/mySQLincluding all TEST/DEV/PROD consoles.

· Responsible for Console KOP updates, backups.

· Whitelist updates and rollout process across all the environments, including GCMs , coordination of teams involved

· Performs testing with DB's production environment solutions when relevant on different platforms. Assists in preparing and executing DEV and UAT testing.

· Able to maintain and test out production issues in lower environment if needed

· Provide Status reports on activities performed

· Support ITAO on multiple activities like DR , dbRACE, CISO and perform ITAO delegate functions
