Senior Cyber Security Engineer

I am looking for a Senior Cyber Security Engineer for a 6 month contract in the West Midlands.

Key requirements;

* Analyze the received stakeholder requirements for correctness and testability and participate in security analysis activities

* Develop high quality requirements specification using a UML/SysML approach for requirements management and support the architectural design of the software including behavior and interface definition

* Participate in design FMEA activities based on the software architecture and component requirements

* Develop Embedded C software based on the detailed design and develop test cases for components

* Validate the software component against the requirements to ensure full coverage and quality

Desirables

* Proven experience in software design experience using UML/SysML based approach, experience of Automotive Cyber Security / garage diagnostics / bootloader is an advantage

* An understanding of analogue & digital electronic hardware, familiarity with AUTOSAR, Familiarity with AutoSPICE or equivalent quality standards is highly welcome

* Good interpersonal and communication skills, Capability of working within a multi-site team

* Knowledge design for safety-critical applications and/or automotive component development & industrialization, Six-Sigma Green Belt certified is beneficial

This candidate will be paid £30-40 per hour for the duration of the contract.
