Are you a Production Manager from a manufacturing background looking to work an industry specialist and globally leading OEM offering dedicated technical training and development?

On offer is a Production Manager with an Industry leading OEM based in Milton Keynes. In this role you will manage seven direct reports spanning all areas of production and drive continuous improvements across the business.

This role is expected to largely be floor based and working with your teams, utilising Lean principles you will have a constant focus on continuous improvement and seek to develop current manufacturing techniques across production.

This company have been established for over 60 years and truly are the experts in their industry sector.

This role would suit a Production Manager from a manufacturing background looking to work an industry specialist and globally leading OEM offering dedicated technical training and development.

The Role:

*Managing seven direct reports (team leader) Driving Production KPI's

*Lead Continuous Improvement activities (Lean, 5s, Six Sigma)

*Technical Training and Development
