Quality Manager / Quality / ManagerBased in north London my client is looking to bring on an experienced Quality management individual. Having a background in managing QMS as wells as writing Standard operating procedures. They are looking for an individual who is prepared to come in and make an instant impact both within senior management but is also prepared to get hands on with engineering issues.Salary Levels are ranging from £35,000 - £45,000 + BenefitsEssential Skills-          Prior management of a Quality Department-          Ability to conduct gap analyses across differing quality systems, and have the ability to transpose ISO 9001:2008 into ISO 9001:2015-          Proven track record in setting a long-term vision on quality, and driving it forwards to improve company performance-          ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2015 Auditor experience-          LEAN and/or Six sigma experience-          Operational knowledge of a manufacturing process, with an ability to detect areas of weakness in terms of qualityGeneral Responsibilities-          Management of ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001:2015 Standards-          Establish KPIs for all direct reports-          Manage a team of Quality Control (QC) professionals-          Establish in-house quality procedures with suitable KPIs that comply with ISO Standards in conjunction with the Operations Manager-          Establish in-house specifications for both incoming materials and finished goods-          Specify quality requirements of raw materials with upstream suppliersThis is a brand-new requirement and my client are looking to fill the positions as soon as possible.
