I am looking for an experienced Production Engineer to join my client based in the East Midlands area. As the Production Engineer you will provide operational expertise for driving continuous improvement throughout the NPI, production and business processes.

Responsibilities:

* Maintaining and generating production work instructions

* Working with DFM Engineers to ensure new products are effectively transferred to production

* Production line technical support

* Liaising with design teams to facilitate DFM & test

Skills & Experience Required:

* Previous experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment

* Previous experience fault finding/problem solving to component level

* Previous experience working with customers and customers

* Experience with LEAN, 5s, RCA and Six Sigma is desirable
