Spring Technology are currently recruiting for a Technology Portfolio Manager to join our large and well established client based in Oxford. The role is a permanent position and the client are looking for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible, allowing for notice periods.

The Role

In this role you will work closely with the clients' business units to align technology projects with strategy, manage demand and resources, prioritise accordingly, and deliver projects in the portfolio following the Change Delivery Framework (CDF).

Skills and experience required

* Experience of project management / PMO / planning / portfolio management in a complex Technology environment and /or business facing IT role - from business case / requirements through to implementation and go-live

* Experience in large global organisation using mix of in-sourced and out-sourced IT service providers

* Experience of leading, influencing, planning and decision making in a complex geographical/ functional matrix organization

* Proven ability to lead a portfolio of projects with annual development budget in range £3-5m

* Experience of leading agile delivery projects - SAFE agile framework or equivalent

Salary range will be negotiable, dependant on experience.
