This company are a leading housing organisation in the South West of the UK. Due to their ongoing success and expansion plans, they now require a Commercial Manager to lead on regeneration projects from delivery to completion.

In this role you will apply a strong commercial and procurement approach around performance and risk management as well as lead on supply chain procurement matters on projects. You will also be required to analyse development appraisals using COINS.
