Business Project Manager - Contract - Bristol

Duration: 10 months

Type: Contract

Date rate: £400-£420 per day all-inclusive of agency fees (+VAT)

Start date: Immediate

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE (in priority order)

* Minimum 5 years' experience project management experience including typical governance activity.

* Excellent end user Microsoft office skills.

* Previous responsibility for delivery document management solutions.

* Demonstrable experience of working in an environment with corporate controls integrated into document management solutions.

* Demonstrable experience of process improvement and continuous improvement.

* Strong understanding of audit processes aligned to internal audit or external audits for ISO or SOx.

* Strong understanding of GDPR is advantageous but not essential

* Experience of working in a regulated business is desirable

SKILLS

* Strong project management skills and use of project management tools and methods

* Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses on complex cross-functional matters

* Planning, organizational and problem solving skills

* Ability to adopt a solution focused approach and make sound decisions under pressure

* Highly proficient in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Visio and MS Project

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, oral, and formal presentation) with all levels in the organisation

* Ability to influence and persuade senior managers and stakeholders

* Enthusiastic and self-motivated

* Proven ability to work independently, proactively and on own initiative, and also as part of a team

EDUCATION (for example: college courses, university degrees)

* Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management or related disciplines

* Prince 2 knowledge and experience required; accreditation would be valued
