IT Transformation/Portfolio Manager

Farnborough

3 months contract (extensions rising to 9)

£450 p/d Max

Outline of duties:

This person will work with Programme Director from International Centre Team, to support Transformation activities across International business, with a specific focus on the large portfolio of IT related projects to support the roll out of standardised systems across Group and the larger GIBSS programme.

International, through the Programme Director and underpinning subsidiaries is currently supporting an increasing number of IT projects, as well as those that are emerging in support of our businesses. Current IT Projects that we need resource support to coordinate responses from across our teams are:

* Global Business Systems steering group and supporting workshops;

* IT Infrastructure steering group and supporting engagements;

* IT day to day business tools;

* MWE activities such as VTC, conferencing, mobile phones, Global Portal

* CRM Tool and associated requirements and engagements

* Local systems awareness and upgrade engagements

* Engagement and coordination of subsidiary businesses (QTS, CD and Australia) with existing systems

* QTS IT scoping and delivery projects

* NIST and DFARs for QTS Canada

* Project specific IT support and requirements - Pearl, UAE, DM, amalgamation, integration etc.

* New systems roll out and supporting training activities;

* Expected future projects such as BAP (CAT) rollout, Skype provisioning, systems commonality.

Requirements:

* Previous experience running and coordinating multiple IT projects

* Previous managing a portfolio of projects

* Experienced working with international clients on multiple client systems as well as building the bridge between different client processes and procedures.

* Ability to work across different IT Platforms understand new when required

* CRM Knowledge

* Applicants may have the ability to work remotely 2-3 days per week with this opportunity
