IT Project Manager / Contract / 6 Months / Infrastructure / Migration / Luton / WAN and LAN / Telephony
Role Purpose:
As an IT Project Manager will have specific responsibility for delivery of Transition and Transformation migration of multi-site Contact Centres and Retail technical solutions. You will work closely with IT Suppliers, Project Managers and Business Analysts to identify and manage key activities and dependencies required to achieve successful migration. The IT PM will develop and maintain project plans and other key project artefacts, managing timescales, resource requirements, milestones, risks, issues, change control and progress.
The Client's network is currently outsourced to a third party including all relevant parts such as WAN, LAN, WIFI, Telephony, Contact Centre, Security, Remote Access etc. Following an RFP process, the client has commenced negotiations with a new preferred service provider.
Requirements:
- PRINCE2 Practitioner
- ITIL Certified
- Previous experience of Migration and Transition projects
- Previous experience with project management based around WIFI, Telephony, WAN, LAN, Remote Access, ect projects
