Position for a results orientated Plant Manager who drives performance through coaching, mentoring, employee empowerment and change management

The role consists of taking ownership of an expanding chemical manufacturing plant where you will be tasked with increasing manufacturing and production output in line with ambitious, but attainable goals. The company want a results orientated leader who believes in coaching, mentoring and empowering individuals to drive results. As the company goes through its transition from good to great, you will be tasked with leading change management, identifying areas for improvement and making the key critical decisions to capitalise upon potential results
