Junior Accreditation Analyst - Permanent - London

An amazing opportunity for someone at the start of their career, looking to gain wide exposure to a variety of different technical and interpersonal challenges, to join a dynamic and collaborative team in London.

Role Scope:

* To ensure, through thorough analysis, that every new and existing ticket system submitted for accreditation, is compliant with our technology services standards that are relevant to the supplied functional specification which details how and in what retailing environment it will operate.

* To accurately record and document the accreditation of every system that is being accredited, which will involve producing clear and detailed documentation, as well as ensuring that our internal system is updated on a timely basis to provide an accurate audit trail for each accreditation.

* The role holder should raise issues and seek advice from the Accreditation Manager as required, but in the first instance seek to provide or suggest solutions to the issues that they are raising or seeking advice on. Where they have either been empowered or feel comfortable to make decisions they should do so and inform the Accreditation Manager as necessary.

Requirements:

* Good communication skills, ability to work with a variety of people and remain calm

* Commitment to and ability to work well as part of a team operating across the organisation

* Ability to work independently and prioritise workload

* Ability to work within timescales, plans and budgets

* Demonstrate attention to detail and an ability to focus on quality of work

* Possess good analytical skills, be a fast thinker and a good decision maker

* Ability to explain and write complex issues in a way which is more easily understood

* Good presentational skills in terms of leading meetings and reporting progress

* Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Access, Excel and Word

Key Relationships:

* Head of Service Support - Head of Department, has overall responsibility for department

* Accreditation Manager - line manager, has overall responsibility for managing the team

* Systems Manager - information gathering & sharing

* Standards Manager - has overall responsibility for managing Technology Services Standards

* Standards Analyst - responsible for processing the review of Technology Services Standards

* Senior Service Manager - responsible for overseeing administration of the Routeing Guide

* Future Technology Manager - information gathering & sharing
