Production Support Analyst - Regulatory experience MUST HAVE - Brentwood/Essex - £40/hour - Finance - 12 month+ contractA 12 month + contractor needed as a Production Support Analyst, this role will work as part of a growing team supporting the reporting application portfolio. Often working with external vendors and other skill and support teams across the globe, the role will require excellent technical, co-ordination skills, full lifecycle deployment awareness and good customer relationship skills.Desired skills: '€¢Awareness of what Regulators are doing and an understanding the Regulatory Space'€¢Experience working with business customers and global support groups.'€¢Experience of managing & upgrading applications that utilise SQL Server databases.'€¢Experience in working within a security and compliance setting and processes'€¢Client/Server application testing, integration and implementation experience.'€¢Knowledge of Windows Server 2012, local/group security policies, along with Active Directory, Registry, and Network protocols.'€¢Knowledge of transmission protocols such as SMTP, HTTPS and FTP. Core Technologies: '€¢MS SQL Server, SSIS'€¢IIS'€¢VBS Scripting'€¢Windows, Linux Operating Systems Core Methodologies: '€¢System/ Software Delivery Lifecycles using USDM/ Agile. Nice to have: '€¢Strong prioritisation, co-ordination, organisational and communication skills. Calling on resource from internal and external global support teams and business partners to meet critical delivery dates and maintain high systems availability.'€¢Knowledge of system development lifecycles and exposure to lifecycle delivery methodologies. (USDM.)'€¢Experience of supporting Windows based applications.'€¢Previous IT experience within the Financial Services industry.'€¢Excellent co-ordination skills with proven record of full systems delivery lifecycles.'€¢Architecture and integration experience of implementing multi-tier applications '€¢Experience of ITIL practices and Service Desk operations would be benificial'€¢Some accounting knowledge, (i.e. evidence of prior exposure & experience of accounting tools & techniques), would be benificial.'€¢Strong problem analysis and resolution skills would be beneficial Production Support Analyst - Regulatory experience MUST HAVE - Brentwood/Essex - £40/hour
