Learning and Development Advisor - National Account Manager - FTSE100 global organisation - 30-40k + car

The role as Learning and Development Advisor will see you operating as a National Account Manager advising the client base on apprenticeships and work based learning. Our client are an industry leader and globally recognised business

Top 4 Major Tasks and Activities:

* Identify and agree with your line manager a list of existing and potential accounts to achieve revenue and learner targets

* Maximise the delivery of core revenue opportunities to agreed targets through execution of best practice account development and management processes, including proposals, delivery of presentations, developing implementation, account plans, MIS analysis and communication of key events to clients

* New business delivery in line with required growth plans as outlined in the business development plan and to support delivery of budget and contracts

* Develop and manage commercial revenue opportunities to meet and exceed agreed target

Key Outputs/Deliverables:

* The Account Manager position will support new clients on a day to day basis with management and delivery of their Apprenticeship Strategies

* Achievement of key performance indicators

* Managing the function in line with the Group's corporate governance policies, processes and procedures including those relating to Health and Safety

* Source and implement new business opportunities

Person specification

Key Technical Skills / competencies:

* Have an understanding of both apprenticeships and work based learning

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Numerate and able to work with figures

* IT literate in relation to excel, word, power point, outlook

* Experience of people and project management

* Track record of effective negotiation and influencing skills to board level

Key Behavioural competencies:

* Good organisation skills with clear proactive approach to planning in order to achieve results

* Team player with good networking skills

* Assumes responsibility and accountability for targets and relationships

* Self motivated with ability to use initiative
