Oracle R12 Business Analyst - Remote Work

Our well renowned and market leading client is looking for an experienced and competent Oracle EBS R12 Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. The Oracle R12 Business Analyst will be responsible for providing 2nd & 3rd line support, as well as collaborating with Oracle EBS Customers in order to deliver a high quality managed service.

The Oracle R12 Business Analyst will be able to work from home.

Oracle R12 Business Analyst - Key Skills:

Essential:

* Finance modules

* Supply Chain modules

* PL/SQL

* Practical knowledge of ITIL Standards

* Managed Service Delivery

* Oracle process awareness and the ability to map this to business processes

* System Change Management awareness

* Oracle AIM Documentation Standards

Desirable

* HR & Payroll modules

* Service modules

* Oracle Development Suite

* Implementation experience

Oracle R12 Business Analyst - Responsibilities

* Proactive and reactive maintenance of Oracle EBS

* Development of technical bug fixes and system improvements

* Respond to and daily management of customer tickets

* Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements

* Gap Analysis, Solution Design and module configuration

* Provide users with bug fixes

* Review customer key processes

* Raise and manage Oracle Service requests

* Attend customer CAB meetings

* Conduct unit & system testing and support for UAT

* Troubleshoot system issues
