Project Manager - Marketing, Campaign planning CRM tool

Must have experience implementing a Marketing Campaign Planning tool that will deliver multi-channel unique and personalised communications to consumers via existing large database and data sets.

Working in a central Technology and Business Change team you will be responsible for full end to end project management for the implementation of a Marketing Campaign Planning tool to deliver customised user journeys and customer loyalty incentives. You will have both software implementation and Marketing experience - working closely with Marketing, Digital and E-commerce teams to understand and scope their change requests and business drivers.

You must have -

* Full end to end project management skills including the up front analysis and business requirements

* Multiple deliveries of Marketing led projects, e-commerce changes and campaign management, CRM changes, mobile and / or hospitality systems.

* Excellent stakeholder engagement, business facing skills
