HAMPSHIRE AND WILTSHIRE
PERMANENT, FULL TIME
c.£30,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary + Full benefits package includes - Contributory pension scheme, share incentive plan, private medical insurance, private dental insurance, childcare vouchers, holiday vouchers, other leisure discounts etc
The Role
To lead and manage small maintenance, reactive and minor works in support of the delivery of FM and estate management projects and ensure a high level of service delivery
Key Knowledge and Accountabilities
* Organise small maintenance and minor works projects
* Support the more senior project team in the delivery of large projects
* With support define and maintain all aims and objectives and agree on an appropriate budget
* Effectively coordinate third part contractors on site
* Provide technical support and knowledge to maintenance activities
Essential Qualifications/Experience
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
* HNC-HND in Building or Construction
* Project Delivery Experience
* Experience managing budgets
* T literate
* Excellent work ethic
* Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
* Full Driving License
Desirable Qualifications/Experience
* NEBOSH/ IOSH
* Project Management Qualifications - PRINCE2/ APMP/ AGILE
* Experience within the Defence sector
Security Clearance
The successful candidate will be put through Ministry of Defence security clearance (at SC level). This can take up to 3 months to complete.
