My client are a global retail brand headquartered in London, England. They have been operating for just over 20 years now and have gone from strength to strength. Its main fashion house focuses on and distributes trench coats, ready-to-wear outerwear, fashion accessories, fragrances, sunglasses, and cosmetics

The Role:

My client are undertaking a programme of business system change and investment, in support of rapid business expansion. They have recently implemented NetSuite to consolidate Finance and CRM across their Global business. The immediate requirements will be mainly to Administer the system and oversee all upcoming projects which the client have planned.

Description

They are looking for a Systems Administrator (NetSuite) to join during a critical point in their project as they have just completed a deployment of NetSuite OneWorld across 250 users across several global offices. The role will include overseeing all features of NetSuite for the business, this will include process monitoring, reports, system maintenance and monitoring end user queries.

Responsibilities

* Configure and maintain NetSuite

* Interact with internal business users to gain deep understanding of business practices and challenges

* Provide ongoing training materials to ensure adoption and meet end-user training needs

* Develop custom reports and saved searches to meet ongoing and emerging business needs

* Respond to and manage end users issue's promptly

* Work with NetSuite support to resolve cases and issues

* Monitor integrations and resolve any issues

Essential skills and experience

* Background in Business Information Systems i.e Systems Manager/ Analyst roles

* Experience/understanding of ERP platforms, NetSuite experience is mandatory for this role

* Technical expertise including ERP development highly desirable; SuiteScript / JavaScript experience

* 1st / 2nd line support experience

* Ability to interact with non-technical people in plain language - Liaising and working with the Vendor.

* Retail experience

* May consider other ERP experience if coming from a strong retail background; (Sage, Infor, Epicor, IFS, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics Nav & GP)
