Role: Oracle Data Conversion Financials Functional Lead

Location: London

Duration: 4 months

Rate: £430.00 per day

Summary of Job Purpose:

Act as an Oracle Financials functional/workstream lead in data conversion from legacy Coda system to Oracle EBS or Fusion implementations.

Skills Requirements

* Experience in Coda ERP system.

* Extensive hands on experience in implementing all of following modules: Oracle EBS General Ledger, Payables, Fixed Assets, Property Manager, Receivables, and Cash Management.

* Any additional functional knowledge of iProc, Purchasing, Inventory, Project Accounting, Supply Chain or other Oracle modules would be highly desired.

* At least 4 full cycle implementations (analysis, design, configuration, data migration, testing, training to cutover) of Oracle EBS financial modules.

* Able to show thought-leadership in every interaction with the client and the project team.

* Able to manage a team onsite and offshore.

* Should have 2 Full cycle implementation experience in an Oracle ERP implementation or conversion project, including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design documentation, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities Ability to analyse requirements, identify services and design services with reusability in mind.

10+ years of experience in IT including at least 3 years in data migration functional design and mapping.

Must have soft consulting skills:

* Extensive experience as a functional lead in fresh implementations of Oracle EBS R12 financial and procurement modules

* Able to manage senior finance and IT stakeholders.

* Able to sell ideas to the client with the aim of growing his/her account.

* Able to build good relationships internally with peers and superiors, as well as with client stakeholders.

* Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

* Able to deliver high quality presentations and documents.
