PMO Risk & Controls Manager - Rail industry

Central London

Salary up to: £57000 - Laptop & phone provided

2 Year FTC - With the potential for contract extension/Permanent position

Are you an experienced Project Management professional? Do you have experience of project risk management and change control? My client are a leading outdoor advertising business. Working on a number of projects all over the UK. They are seeking a PMO Risk and Controls Manager to develop and maintain risk and control change process for a number of programmes.

The successful candidate will have experience of risk and change management in a rail industry environment, as well as a good knowledge of risk and change management techniques. As well as being technically astute in Active Risk Management (ARM), Primavera P6 or MS project. Any programme or project management qualifications are also highly desirable (PRINCE2/MSP).

On offer here is an excellent salary, with a long term contract at a fast growing and leading outdoor advertising business. There is also potential for a contract extension or a permanent role as my client's business is very fast growing and have increased head count significantly every year.

The person:

*Experience of risk and change management, and relevant techniques in this area in the Rail industry.

*previous experience in leadership, allocating resources and general management

*Qualifications in programme management and technical knowledge of Primavera P6 and or MS project

The role:

*Responsibility for assessing and evaluating the risks provided by a number of internal and external sources. Quantifying the impact and delivering change management strategy to suit.

*Planning and designing overall risk assessment and change control process.

*Producing detailed trackers to collect and report progress on a weekly/monthly basis
